Information collected
When you request an estimate or send a partner inquiry, JRP may collect your name, phone number, email address, project location, project type, scope, desired timing, preferred contact method, referral source, notes, and photos you choose to upload.
How it is used
The information is used to review your inquiry, understand the project, communicate with you, prepare follow-up, and organize the lead. JRP does not need your information for unrelated advertising in order to answer the inquiry.
Project photos
Uploaded photos are stored privately with the lead and are not placed in the public work gallery. Marketing use would require separate permission and factual project details.
Storage and access
Form details are stored in the website’s private lead database. Uploaded files are stored in private object storage. Access should be limited to JRP and service providers needed to operate the website and lead process.
Retention
Information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business records, security, and legal obligations. A permanent retention schedule will be added before the main domain launches.
Analytics
The website prepares anonymous conversion-event names such as estimate clicks and form completion, but no paid or external analytics service is connected without approval.
Your choices
You may ask JRP to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to legitimate recordkeeping needs. Use the secure project form to begin that request until permanent public contact details are published.
Contact
Use the contact page to reach the appropriate inquiry path.
